Boiler Water Treatment Chemicals
Combination of polymer & an organo –inorganic formulation of liquid chemicals i.e. nas-b1 to nas-b9.
1. NAS-B1 is use for high pressure ibr boiler treatment chemical, it contain oxygen scavanger. It is formulated for the treatment of boiler using soft or demineralised feed water. it is hydrazin (h2n2) based chemical.
2. NAS-B2 is use for ibr boiler treatment chemical, it contain oxygen scavanger. It is formulated for the treatment of boiler using soft or demineralised feed water. it is sulphite (na2so4) based chemical.
3. NAS-B3 is use for water tube boiler, it contain corrosion inhibitor. It is formulated for the treatment of water tube boiler using soft or demineralised feed water. It is phosphate (po4) based chemical.
4. NAS-B4, NAS-B7 is single product liquid formulation for ibr boiler. It is formulated for the treatment of ibr boiler using soft or demineralised feed water. It contain corrosion inhibitor ,oxygen scavenger, ph booster, & sludge conditioner.
5. NAS-B5 is single product liquid formulation for non ibr boiler. It is formulated for the treatment of non ibr boiler using soft or demineralised feed water. It contain corrosion inhibitor ,oxygen scavenger & ph booster.
6. NAS-B6 is an alkaline formulation used to increase the alkalinity of boiler feed water. It is use to reduce corrosion of feed water tank, line& pump.
7. NAS-B8 is use for the condensate corrosion inhibitor.
8. NAS-B9 is single product liquid formulation for ibr boiler. It is formulated for the treatment of ibr boiler using soft or demineralised feed water. It is a amine based.

1. NAS-C1 /NAS-C2 is based on cathodic-anodic corrosion inhibitor NAS-C2 based on Co-Polymer, Zinc Organophosphonat based chemistry for MS /SS and copper Corrosion protection. It is phosphate base chemical
2. NAS-C3 it is used to controle the alkalinity in cooling tower is called as alkalinity controller
3. NAS-C4 it is a microbiocide, quaternary ammonium compound base biocide
4. NAS-C5 it is penta chloro phenate non oxidizing biocide in liquid form. it controls algae, fungi, and bacteria. it effective wide range of ph 6.5 to 9.0 , it use for cooling tower treatment
5. NAS-C6 it is a biocide to control the bacteria present in cooling tower water, iso-thiozolin base
6. NAS-C7 it is a dispersant ,it control the deposition of po4,so4, sio2, and calcium scales
7. NAS-C8/NAS-C9 it is a nitrite or molebulate base liquid formulation chemical. ph buffer and yellow metal corrosion inhibitor, it use cooling system like dg set and chiller
8. NAS-C10 it is bromin base biocide, it works more effective under alkaline condition

NAS-S3:- IS DESIGNED TO REMOVE THE SCALING & CORROSION PRODUCTS FOR ALL TYPE OF BOILER .IT IS LIQUID FORMULATION TO REMOVE HARDNESS & LOW CONCENTRATED SILICA SCALES THAT CAN BE REMOVED OFF LINE BY CIRCULATING , IT’S DILUTE SOLUTION OF THE CHEMICAL. IT IS A BALANCE FORMULATION OF HYDROCHLORIC ACID, DISPERSANT, WETTING AGENTS & CORROSION INHIBITOR
